Rates & Restrictions

The nightly rate for 2 people is $230 per night.  For each additional guest (over the age of 2), its $30 per night per person up to a max of 7 people (so if you have 7 people staying in the home the nightly rate would be $380 plus tax.)  We have a two night minimum (except three nights on major holiday dates and Spring Break).  Click on Rates & Policies for additional information.

If you wish to bring your dog or your horse we have accommodations for them as well.  The yard is fenced for your dog.  We ask that you keep them off the furniture and beds and you are required to bring a crate to house them when you are away from the house. For horses, this is the ideal house to have them.  The house is surrounded by 5 acres of pipe fence pastures with paddocks, a water trough and feed trough.  There is also a run-in and a tack area to keep your tack and feed dry.  Click on Rates & Policies for additional information.
