Summary
"The Grey House" is in the ranch interior at the top of a hill and has the best ground floor views of any of the ranch houses. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a full kitchen and a washer/dryer. You only need to pack your overnight bag, we have thought of everything you will need to make your stay comfortable. The house sleeps 8 people, and up to 10 with the use of the queen sleeper-sofa in the living room (all linens are provided.) The master bedroom has a king size bed and a full bath. The other two bedrooms have a shared hall bath (one of these bedrooms has two queen beds and the other bedroom has two twin beds).
Rates & Restrictions
The nightly rate for 2 people is $260 per night. For each additional guest (over the age of 2), its $30 per night per person up to a max of 10 people (so if you have 10 people staying in the home the nightly rate would be $500 plus tax.) We have a two night minimum (except three nights on major holiday dates and Spring Break). Click on Rates & Policies for additional information.
If you wish to bring your dog we have accommodations for them as well. Around the house is a fenced area that you can use to contain your dog. We ask that you keep them off the furniture and beds and you are required to bring a crate to house them when you are away from the house. Click on Rates & Policies for additional information.

Detailed Information
The kitchen is furnished with coffeemaker, pots, pans, stove, refrigerator, microwave, glassware, dishes, silverware, linens, serving bowls, cooking utensils, misc. spices, knife block, toaster, etc.
The living/dining area has a dining table and leather furnishings. You can put your feet up and read a good book, watch satellite TV (movie channels included) or head into town and rent a DVD to watch on the television. There is no telephone but there is an internet connection in the house if really must stay in touch with those everyday hassles!
There is a front porch that you can enjoy. It has "rocking" chairs and a swing bench that you can sit on and enjoy a cup of coffee and take in the morning sunrise. There is also a stone patio with a table and four "rocking" chairs that you can use to have a meal outside. In addition, we also have a charcoal Weber grill for outdoor cooking, and a separate stone lined fire pit to enjoy.
During your stay you have access to the entire 2,001 acre ranch (both tracts), which has numerous springs, over 4,000 feet of clear rock-bottom creek to swim and tube in (and including a unique creek side hot tub and waterfall grotto), 8 ponds to fish, a seasonal waterfall and miles of trails for riding ATVs, bike riding, hiking or horseback riding; as well as the swimming pool and hot tub located at the Arc de Texas®.
