Vacation Rentals Information

We have 4 houses available for vacation rentals, "The Brown House," "The Grey House," "The Green House," and "The Lighthouse."  Each of the houses is completely secluded from the others.  Rental of any of the ranch houses provides you access to the entire ranch, including access to the 6-8 acre lake system on almost 4,000 feet of Miller Creek (a rock bottom creek with clear water flowing through it for swimming, fishing, tubing, and canoeing), the "Lighthouse Hill" (which is one of the highest points in Blanco County, has the best views in the area, and is the future home of the Lighthouse), 8 ponds (for fishing), and numerous trails, arroyos, springs, hills, and valleys to hike and enjoy.

"The Brown House" is a short distance north of crystal clear water in the 6-8 acre Miller Creek lake system, and is surrounded by beautiful oak trees.  It is a three bedroom, two bathroom ranch house with a full kitchen.  Two bedrooms contain queen beds and the other bedroom contains two bunk beds (each bunk bed has a twin over full.)  The house can sleep 8-10 people.

"The Grey House" is at the top of a hill and has spectacular views of the Hill Country.   It is a one bedroom, 1 bathroom ranch house with a kitchenette.  The bedroom contains 2 queen beds.  The living room has a leather sleeper sofa so the house can sleep 6 people.  

"The Green House" is a short walking distance to the south of the 6-8 acre Miller Creek lake system, and is nestled amongst a grove of ancient, giant oak trees, some of which are over 10 feet in diameter.  It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ranch house with an additional loft, vaulted ceilings, a basement bar/TV room, a full kitchen, and the ability to sleep 10 people.

Beginning in June 2011 "The Lighthouse" will be available for rentals.  Sitting atop one of the highest points in Blanco County the 86 foot high Lighthouse includes four bedrooms, four bathrooms, an observatory with a wrap-around deck and wet bar, a full kitchen (including dumb waiter to all the floors) as well as a private negative edge swimming pool, spa and slide for the kids.  The house will sleep 10 people comfortably.
