Rates & Policies

"The Brown House"
$230 per night for 2 people (additional $15/night for each extra person up to a max of 10 people.)  2 night minimum.  Children welcome!  If you stay 4 or more nights you'll receive a 10% discount.  Advance credit card deposit of first night's rate required to guarantee reservation.

"The Grey House"
$170 per night for 2 people (additional $15/night for each extra person up to a max of 6 people.)  2 night minimum.  Children welcome!  If you stay 4 or more nights you'll receive a 10% discount.  Advance credit card deposit of first night's rate required to guarantee reservation.

"The Green House"
$280 per night for 2 people (additional $15/night for each extra person up to a max of 10 people.)  2 night minimum.  Chidren welcome!  If you stay 4 or more nights you'll receive a 10% discount.  Advance credit card deposit of first night's rate required to guarantee reservation.

ATVs & Mountain bikes
Rental rates for Lighthouse Hill Ranch ATVs is $125 per day for Kawasaki 360 and $100 per day for Kawasaki 250 during your stay at the ranch.  If you have your own ATV, the trail fee is $20 per day per ATV during your stay at the ranch.  If you have your own mountain bikes, you are more than welcome to bring them and ride the trails during your stay at the ranch.

Dogs & Horses
$15 per night per dog.  $25 per night per horse.  Next to "The Brown House" is a paddock that can be used during your stay to keep your horse.  Their is a run-in and a tack room to keep your tack and hay during your stay.  There is also fenced area around each of the ranch houses for "Fido."

Policies & Cancellations
Cash and credit cards accepted, all prices are subject to change.  Smoking is permitted outside the ranch houses.  No pets allowed inside the ranch house (there is a fenced yard around each ranch house).  Advance credit card deposit will be returned when cancellation notice is given at least 7 days prior to arrival date.  Check in time is 4:00 pm, check out time is 11:00 am.  Click here to read
