Rates & Policies

"The Lighthouse"
$640 per night plus tax (6%) for 2 people (additional $25/night for each extra person up to a max of 10 people.)  2 night minimum.  Children welcome!  If you stay 4 or more nights you'll receive a 10% discount.  Advance credit card deposit of first night's rate required to guarantee reservation.

"The Brown House"
$240 per night plus tax (6%) for 2 people (additional $15/night for each extra person up to a max of 10 people.)  2 night minimum.  Children welcome!  If you stay 4 or more nights you'll receive a 10% discount.  Advance credit card deposit of first night's rate required to guarantee reservation.

"The Grey House"
$260 per night plus tax (6%) for 2 people (additional $15/night for each extra person up to a max of 10 people.)  2 night minimum.  Children welcome!  If you stay 4 or more nights you'll receive a 10% discount.  Advance credit card deposit of first night's rate required to guarantee reservation. 

"The Green House"
$260 per night plus tax (6%) for 2 people (additional $15/night for each extra person up to a max of 10 people.)  2 night minimum.  Children welcome!  If you stay 4 or more nights you'll receive a 10% discount.  Advance credit card deposit of first night's rate required to guarantee reservation.

"The Log Home"
$280 per night plus tax (6%) for 2 people (additional $15/night for each extra person up to a max of 10 people.)  2 night minimum.  Children welcome!  If you stay 4 or more nights you'll receive a 10% discount.  Advance credit card deposit of first night's rate required to guarantee reservation.

Cleaning fees
Each home has a pass through cleaning fee.  The checkout instructions are pretty basic stuff (pull the sheets off the beds and put them in a pillowcase, hang up the towels so they don't mildew, remove all trash from the house, put your dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start, etc.)  If the checkout instructions are followed then the respective cleaning fees are:  The Lighthouse $200, the Brown House $75, the Grey House $75, the Green House $100 and the Log Home $100.  If you wish to not do the items on the check-out instructions, which is your choice, then please be aware that the stated cleaning fee above as well as an additional cleaning fee will be passed to you.  These additional cleaning fees will range from $125 to $250 depending on the house.

ATVs & Mountain bikes
If you have your own ATV, the trail fee is $20 per day per ATV during your stay at the ranch.  If you have your own mountain bikes, you are more than welcome to bring them and ride the trails during your stay at the ranch.

Dogs & Horses
We are a pet friendly ranch!  $15 per night per dog.  $25 per night per horse.  Next to "The Brown House" is a paddock that can be used during your stay to keep your horse.  Their is a run-in and a tack room to keep your tack and hay during your stay.  There is also fenced area around each of the ranch houses for "Fido" so you don't have to worry about them running off.  Dogs are allowed in the houses as long as they are not left unattended.  If you wish to leave them in the house while you go to dinner we require that you bring a crate to put them in when you are away from the house.  In order to keep our ranch pet-friendly we kindly ask that you keep pets off the leather furniture and off the beds.  If excess debris/pet hair is found on the linens the full cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file, so please help us keep our ranch pet friendly!

Policies & Cancellations
Cash and credit cards accepted, all prices are subject to change.  Smoking is permitted outside the ranch houses.   Any damage found would result in the forfeit of your advance credit card deposit.  Advance credit card deposit will be returned when cancellation notice is given at least 14 days prior to arrival date (less $75 in processing fees).  If cancelled within 14 days the entire deposit is forfeited.  Check in time is 4:00 pm, check out time is 11:00 am.  Click here to read a complete list of our ranch rules and policies.

Acceptable forms of payment
A major credit card will need to be provided for the deposit (we do not accept debit or credit cards that are attached to checking accounts).  Your balance will be closed to the credit card on file.  If you wish to pay by other means (cash or split the costs with other people in the party on their credit cards) you need to contact us at least 5 days before your arrival to make arrangements, otherwise a balance authorization will be processed on the card on file.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover credit cards (sorry, again no debit cards or credit cards attached to checking accounts).
