"The Grey House"
"The Grey House" is a
one bedroom, one bathroom ranch house with a
kitchenette and has arresting 360 degree views of
the Hill Country. You only need to pack your
overnight bag, we have thought of everything you
will need to make your stay comfortable. The
house sleeps 6 people with 2 queen beds and a
leather sleeper sofa (all linens are provided.) The rate for this house
is $170 per night for 2
people (additional $15/night for each extra person
up to a max of 6 people.)

The kitchenette is
furnished with coffeemaker, pots, pans,
portable two burner stove top, toaster oven, refrigerator,
microwave, glassware, dishes, silverware, linens,
serving bowls, cooking utensils, misc. spices, knife
block, toaster, etc.
The living area has a
dinette set and leather furnishings. You can
put your feet up and read a good book, watch TV or
head into town and rent a DVD to watch on the
television. There is no telephone or internet
connection in the house which allows you to get
truly get away from those everyday hassles!
There is a front porch
that you can enjoy. It has "rocking" chairs
and a swing bench that you can sit on and enjoy a
cup of coffee and take in the morning sunrise.
There is also a stone patio with a table and four
"rocking" chairs that you can use to have a meal
outside. In addition, we also have a charcoal Weber
grill for outdoor cooking, and a separate stone
lined fire pit to enjoy.
If you wish to bring your dog or your horse we have
accommodations for them as well. Around the
house is a fenced area that you can use to contain
your dog and near "The Brown House" is a paddock
with a water trough & feed trough. There is
also a run-in and a tack area to keep your tack and
feed dry. The rate for dogs is $15 per night
per dog and for a horses it is $25 per night per
horse.

1 bedroom ranch house sleeps 6 with the sofa sleeper and 2 queen beds Sit and read a good book, watch television on the 20” flat panel TV or go into town and rent a movie and watch on the DVD player (TV & DVD player not shown in picture.) The kitchenette comes with all the amenities of home (minus an oven). You need only pack your overnight bag; we have tried to think of everything you would need to cook a meal. The bedroom has 2 queen beds equipped with plenty of pillows. The bedroom has a mirror and dressing table for someone to use when the bathroom is occupied.
