"The Brown House"
"The Brown House" is a
three
bedroom, two bathroom ranch house with a full kitchen,
washer/dryer, central air/heat and great fire pit to
sit and enjoy the nighttime sky in the Hill Country.
You only need to pack your overnight bag, we have
thought of everything you will need to make your
stay comfortable. The house sleeps 8-10 people
(all linens are provided.)
Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the bunk
room has two bunk beds (each bunk bed has a twin over full.)
The rate for this house is $230 per night for 2
people (additional $15/night for each extra person
up to a max of 10 people.)

The kitchen is
furnished with coffeemaker, pots, pans,
stove, refrigerator,
microwave, glassware, dishes, silverware, linens,
serving bowls, cooking utensils, misc. spices, knife
block, toaster, etc.
The living area has
leather furnishings and a foosball table for your
enjoyment. You can
put your feet up and read a good book, watch
satellite TV or
head into town and rent a DVD to watch on the
television. There is no telephone but there is
an internet
connection in the house if really must stay in touch
with those everyday hassles!
There is a side porch
as well as a large fire pit with "rocking" chairs
that you can sit in an enjoy a great fire.
There's plenty of wood on the ranch - burn all you want!
There is also a table and four
chairs that you can use to have a meal
outside. In addition, we also have a charcoal Weber
grill for outdoor cooking.
If you wish to bring
your dog or your horse we have accommodations for
them as well. Around the house is a fenced
area that you can use to contain your dog and near
the house is a paddock with a water trough & feed
trough. There is also a run-in and a tack area
to keep your tack and feed dry. The rate for
dogs is $15 per night per dog and for a horses it is $25 per
night per horse.

Enjoy a fun game of foosball during your stay, play a game of darts or enjoy a board game from our supply of games (dart board not shown.) Adjacent to the kitchen and has enough room to sit 10 people down for a quiet meal. Great place to have all the kids in your party sleep! This bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and has an side entrance to the outside for those early risers in your party. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and has it's own private bathroom. The bathroom is also equipped with a shower tub (not shown in picture.) Enjoy a cup of coffee under some majestic oak trees. Burn all the wood you want! (Rocking chairs not shown, new picture coming soon)
